Looking for a color fun tasty fast breakfast, a Smoothie Bowl is the way to go.
- Shredded Coconut
- Chia Seeds
- Chopped Almonds
Add your Papaya, Banana, Dates into your blender and blend.
Fun Fact: Papaya is said to be filled with antioxidants, vitamin C, minerals, potassium, magnesium and fiber.
Pour the mix into a bowl and dice a banana or any fruit of your liking, add it on top of your mix. Your can Chia seeds for added benefits , shredded coconut and chopped up almonds I added all three because they happen to be two of my favorite things to indulge in.
