Vegan BLT

Looking for a simple quick easy on the go sandwich this vegan BLT will have your tummy saying nom nom nom.

Fun tip: Avocados are considered to be a fruit and are said to contain high levels of Potassium.

Ingredients you will need:

  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce of your choice.

Last but not least the Tempeh. I personally like the Lighthouse Fakin Bacon.

I fry the Tempeh as i would bacon. Diced or sliced all the remaining ingredients. Add dash of salt and pepper a bit of lime juice squeezed onto the avocado and yummy in my tummy i am ready to grub.
