A Berry Coconut Rolled Oats Breakfast

Quick, easy, healthy, sweet breakfast perfect for Saturday mornings along side your  morning coffee.

I love, love, love rolled oats over instant oats any day. I was in the mood for some coconut so i went ahead and used some leftover Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut for this recipe. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut is Vegan!!!!

Ingredients:

  •  Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • Rolled Oats
  • Salt
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut Shredded
  • Almonds Diced
  • Soy Milk regular or vanilla flavored (any Non dairy milk of your choice)
  • Vanilla extract

Boil 3/4 cup of water or soy milk in pot

Add 1-2 Tablespoons of  Coco lopez Cream of Coconut

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Then add 1/3 cup of rolled oats

Proceed to add a dash of salt and sugar is optional if you want it to be sweeter.

Cook for 5 to 8 min.

Dice your fruits, almonds, and add some shredded coconut to give some texture, and more coconut flavor.

Optional you can add Chia Seeds for some health benefits.
